In today's world, our phones are like our second skin. From morning alarms to scrolling before bed, we’re constantly connected. But what happens when we just switch off—literally? I decided to take up a simple challenge: one full day without my phone. No calls, no texts, no Instagram, no WhatsApp.


What I discovered in those 24 hours completely changed the way I see my life.

Why I Decided to Do a Digital Detox


It all started when I noticed something: I was spending more time with my screen than with myself. I was constantly refreshing feeds, jumping between apps, and getting anxious when the phone wasn’t around.
